In this regard, the Bankers to the Issue have confirmed receipt of the subscription amount of PKR38S.504,464/-ancl the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC) has confirmed receipt of PKR 64,495,536/- agdinst the right shares' subscription amount.
The Auditors' Certificate confirming receipt of the subscription proceeds shall be submitted shortly. upon which the Company shall apply for the requisite No Objec1ion Certificate (NOC) for release of the funds.
