It is notified pursuant to Section 110 of the Securities Act, 2015, that I, Sohail Asim, residing at House no. 15, street 64, Tanveerabad, Taj poora, Mughalpoora, Lahore, have acquired on July 31, 2025, 4,475,010 voting shares of the Trust Mudaraba Limited at the rate of Rs. 12.58 per share. On account of this acquisition, my total shareholding in the Trust Mudaraba Limited is 4,475010 shares which represents 15.23% of the total issued voting shares of the Company as my previous holding in the Company before the recent acquisition was Nil
