This is to inform you that Mr. Shiraz Butt has ceased to be the Chief Financial Officer of Trust Modaraba w.e.f 11" August, 2025. The vacancy thus created shall be filled in shortly as per the regulatory requirements and the PSX shall be notified accordingly. In the meantime, Mr. Ather Imam. currently serving as the Vice President, Finance & Accounts shall take over the responsibilities of CFO until the vacancy is filled in.
