Company Announcement No. 9-2023  Copenhagen , 17 October 2023 *Contains Inside Information*   The Board of Directors of Trophy Games Development A/S has decided to exercise the authority to buy back shares granted by the Annual General Meeting on 21 March 2023.   The authority is valid until next year's general meeting. It covers a total nominal value not exceeding 10% of the share capital at the market price applicable at the time of acquisition with a deviation of up to 10%.   Purpose The company intends to use share buybacks as a supplement to dividends to adjust the company's capital structure and to honor the current employee options program, which can be found in the yearly report 2023, page 20.   Time frame  The share buyback program will run from the 1st of November 2023 until the end of trading on Nasdaq Copenhagen on the day of the general assembly of 2024, both days inclusive. During this period, Trophy Games Development A/S will buy its own shares up to a maximum of DKK 3 million .   Buyback Terms Trophy Games Development A/S has retained Danske Bank A/S as the lead manager for this share buyback program. Danske Bank A/S will make its own trading decisions independently of and without influence from Trophy Games Development A/S and will execute the buyback within the announced limits.
