PICTURES), the “Company”. TRILLIUM is pleased to announce that it has entered into an
agreement to be acquired by consumer products company QED CONNECT symbol: QEDN. The
agreement gives TRILLIUM access to the capital markets for expanding and financing its business
interests. It also means that TRILLIUM will be exploring entertainment and studio development
opportunities in South America, where QED’s main assets are located. Updates will be ongoing.
Trillium also has an excepted offer to purchase property in North Bay Ontario, for the purpose of
constructing its first studio location. North Bay is a film production center, with no professional
studio facility, Trillium will be filling that need and service.
