SUBJECT: CHANGE OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF TRI-PACKFILMS LIMITED

Dear Sir,

We would like to inform you that Mr. Nasir Jamal, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tri-Pack Films Limited (the "Company"), has given notice of his resignation, effective 15 June 2025 but will continue to support Packages Group in an advisory capacity. The Board of Directors of the Company expresses its sincere gratitude to Mr. Nasir Jamal for his invaluable contributions to the Company over the years and extends best wishes for his future endeavors.

The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Numan Noor as the Deputy CEO of the Company, who will be taking over from Mr. Nasir Jamal from 15 June 2025, subject to compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in this regard.

Kindly inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
