This is in continuation of our earlier letter dated March 05, 2025, via which we informed you of a forthcoming leadership transition at Tri-Pack Films Limited (the 'Company').
In this regard, please note that Mr. Numan Noor has been appointed by the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 15 June 2025 to assume the role of Tri-Pack Films' Chief Executive Officer. This appointment is subject to compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in this regard.
Kindly inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
