We are pleased to announce that Treet Battery Limited ("Company") has entered into a Memtirandinn of Understanding ("MOU' ) with Contemporary Nebula Technology Energy Co., Ltd. f"CNTE") of China dated May 25, 2026.
CNTE is a high-technology enterprise tounded in 2019 and strategically invested in by Contemporary Amperex Technology Co.. Limited ( 'CATL"), which is listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (300750) and the 1-Ions Kong Stock Exchange (3750) and holds a global leading position in both the power battery and energy storage battery sectors. In the power battery sector, CATL's global market share in terms ofpower battery lisage volume was 39.2% and CATL has ranked first globally in power battery usage volume for nine consecutive years I 2017-2025), as per the Annual Report of CATL for the financial year ended on December 31, 2025. In the energy storage sector, CATL lfas ranked first s •bally in energy storage battery shipments foi tive consecutive years (2021 -2025) as per the Annual Report of CATL for the financial year ended on December 3 i , 2025. The MOU establishes a framework for strategic cooperation between the two colnpanies to explore long-term opportunities in the energy storage sector, with a focus on the Pakistan market.
This collaboration is expected to bring CITE's high quality CATL-cell-based energy storage technology, product portfolio, technical expertise. and experience in advanced battery energy storage systems to Pakistan, leveraging CNTE's offering alongside the Company's established local market presence, distribution network. and atler-sales infrastructure. The MOU envisages cooperation across residential, commercial, and industrial energy storage solutions, with potential for further value addition and local assembly in the future.
