Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 29 September 2026 the Company issued 5,000 treasury shares at a price of 1 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 40,298,093. Science Group holds 5,887,781 shares in treasury.
The figure of 40,298,093 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
