PRESS RELEASE MUTUAL TERMINATION OF EURONEXT GROWTH ADVISOR MANDATE WITH BALDI FINANCE S.P.A. AND APPOINTMENT OF NEW EURONEXT GROWTH ADVISOR CORPORATE FAMILY OFFICE SIM S.P.A. Milan, 24 June 2025 - Trawell Co. S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana, Ticker: TWL), a global leader in luggage protection services, baggage storage, and travel-related products and services ("TraWell" or the "Company"), announces that its Board of Directors, which met today, has approved: (i) the mutual termination of the mandate with Baldi Finance S.p.A. as Euronext Growth Advisor, and (ii) the appointment of Corporate Family Office SIM S.p.A. as the new Euronext Growth Advisor, following the submission of the declaration to Borsa Italiana S.p.A. as required under Article 17 of the Euronext Growth Advisor Regulation.

The mutual termination with Baldi Finance S.p.A. is due to the fact that Baldi Finance S.p.A., as communicated to the Company today, has decided not to obtain the qualification of SIM (mandatory from 19 August 2025 following regulatory changes outlined in Borsa Italiana Notice no. 32723 dated 1 August 2024 in order to continue providing Euronext Growth Advisor services), and therefore "will no longer be able to provide EGA advisory services" to its clients.

Consequently, the Company has identified a new Euronext Growth Advisor and appointed Corporate Family Office SIM S.p.A., headquartered in Milan at Via dell'Annunciata 23/4, with a share capital of EUR 2,500,000.00, registered with the Milan Companies Register, tax code, VAT number and registration number 13256570154. The contractual documents were formalized by the Company today. It is noted that:

Baldi Finance S.p.A. will terminate its role as Euronext Growth Advisor on 31 July 2025;
the appointment of Corporate Family Office SIM S.p.A. as Euronext Growth Advisor will take effect on 1 August 2025.
