TRAWELL CO.: DISCONTINUATION OF TRADING ON THE OTCQX MARKET

Gallarate, November 29, 2024 - TraWell Co S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana, Ticker: TWL; OTCQX New York,

Ticker: TRWAF), a global leader in baggage protection, storage, and ancillary services for travelers ("TraWell" or the "Company"), announces that its Board of Directors, which convened today, has resolved to voluntarily terminate the trading of its ordinary shares on the OTCQX market in the United States (see the announcement dated December 2, 2022).

This decision aligns with the Company's strategic objectives to streamline operations and focus its listing solely on Euronext Growth Milan, managed by Borsa Italiana. Trading on the OTCQX market will cease as of December 31, 2024. After this date, TraWell Co. shares will no longer be tradeable on OTCQX but will continue to be listed on Borsa Italiana under the ticker symbol TWL.

The move aims to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs associated with maintaining dual listings. The Company remains fully committed to maintaining open and regular communication with its U.S.-based investors. Current OTCQX market shareholders are advised to consult their financial advisors for guidance on the transition and options for trading on Borsa Italiana.
