   • notice of call of the Shareholders' Meeting, published on 15 June 2026 also through the authorized

     storage mechanism and, in excerpt form, in Il Giornale;

   • explanatory report of the Company's Board of Directors on the items on the agenda of the aforementioned Shareholders' Meeting;

   • proxy form for granting powers to the Appointed Representative for participation in the

     Shareholders' Meeting;

   • notice of call of the Meeting of holders of "Warrant Trawell Co 2021-2026," published on 15 June

     2026 also through the authorized storage mechanism and, in excerpt form, in Il Giornale;

   • explanatory report of the Company's Board of Directors on the items on the agenda of the aforementioned Meeting of holders of "Warrant Trawell Co 2021-2026";

   • proxy form for granting powers to the Appointed Representative for participation in the Meeting of
