Trastor strengthens its presence in the center of Athens with the acquisition of a
commercial building
Trastor R.E.I.C. (the "Company") announces the acquisition of a commercial building with a total surface area of 4,570 sq.m., strategically located at 205 Alexandras Avenue in Athens. The total consideration for the acquisition of the property amounted to €8.9mn and it was fully financed by available funds.
The property currently serves as the City-Campus of the private educational institution, Business College of Athens (BCA). The impressive bioclimatic "blue building," designed by the renowned architect Alexandros Tombazis, has been transformed into a state-of-the-art educational hub. The building is fully leased, guaranteeing immediate and stable cash flows.
