Issuance of a Common Bond Loan
Trastor REIC (the "Company") announces that further to a previous announcement dated 20.12.2024, proceeded with the signing of the Programme on 24.01.2025 for the Issuance of a Secured Common Bond Loan of an amount up to €92,500,000 pursuant to the provisions of L. 4548/2018 and L. 3156/2003.
Piraeus Bank S.A. was appointed as administrative agent and Eurobank S.A. as bondholder agent.
The bond loan will be fully subscribed by Piraeus Bank S.A. and will be partly used for the repayment of the overdraft facility taken on 29.10.2024 and for the implementation of the Company's investment plan.
