TransForce invitation to annual meeting of unitholders

MONTREAL, May 12 /CNW Telbec/ - TransForce Income Fund (TSX: TIF.UN), a leader in the Canadian transportation and logistics industry, invites unitholders, the media and analysts to its annual and special meeting of unitholders, to be held today at 3:00 p.m. at the Sheraton Laval Hotel, 2440 Autoroute des Laurentides, Laval, Quebec.

At the meeting, unitholders will consider a special resolution which will have the effect of converting TransForce Income Fund into TransForce Inc., a growth-oriented, dividend-paying corporation.
