This is to notify the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX or The Exchange), Shareholders and the investing public that the Quarter 1, 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 (Q1 2026 Financials) of Transcorp Power Plc ("the Company") would be approved by the Board of the Company on April 23, 2026.
The Company had in compliance with the Closed Period Rules of The Exchange entered a Closed Period on 1st April 2026, in respect of transactions on its securities which continue to subsist and shall remain in effect until twenty-four (24) hours after the release of the Company's Q1 2026 Financials to the NGX and by extension, the general public.
Accordingly, all insiders are prohibited from dealing in the Company's
