Date of purchase 24 - 27 March 2026 Number of ordinary shares purchased: 1,090,374 Lowest price per share (pence): 132.00 Highest price per share (pence): 142.00 Weighted average price per day (pence): 137.23 The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares and following the cancellation of the purchased shares, the Company will have 376,660,462 Ordinary shares in issue of which 0 are held in Treasury. The figure of 376,660,462 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculating whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
