ME Group International PLC announced that both resolutions presented at its General Meeting were passed, authorizing the company to proceed with a share buyback program. The first resolution, allowing market purchases of ordinary shares, passed with 99.82% of votes in favour, while the second, approving a waiver from the Panel on Takeovers and Mergers regarding potential offer obligations for the Concert Party, passed with 83.54% of votes in favour from independent shareholders.
