AUCTION TECHNOLOGY GROUP PLC   Transaction in Own Shares     London, United Kingdom, 16 July 2025 - Auction Technology Group plc ("ATG", "the Company", "the Group") (LON: ATG), announces that on 15 July 2025 it purchased through Deutsche Numis the following number of its ordinary shares for Treasury at an average price of 476.1788p per share:   Number of ordinary shares purchased: 15,738 Highest purchase price paid per share (GBp): 478.50 Lowest purchase price paid per share (GBp): 469.50   Following the above transaction, the Company holds 2,272,654 ordinary shares in Treasury and has 120,416,141 ordinary shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares). Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company of 120,416,141 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Auction Technology Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
