11 June 2025 Likewise Group plc   ("Likewise" or the "Company") Transaction in Own Shares   Likewise Group plc (AIM: LIKE), the fast growing UK floor coverings distributor, announces that on 10 June 2025 it purchased 80,995 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company (the "Repurchased Shares"), pursuant to the share buyback programme (the "Buyback Programme") that was announced on 12 May 2025, as follows (together the "Transaction"): Date of purchase  10 June 2025 Number of ordinary shares purchased  80,995 Highest price paid per ordinary share  23 pence Lowest price paid per ordinary share  23 pence Volume weighted average price paid per ordinary share  23 pence Total Voting Rights   Following the Transaction, the issued share capital of the Company remains unchanged at 247,483,480 and the Company now holds 2,317,895 shares in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company is now 245,165,585 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Likewise under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. The Company will make further announcements in due course following the completion of any further purchases pursuant to the Buyback Programme.
