Reconstitution of Board of Directors
TRADE ESTATES REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") informs the investment community that during the meeting of its Board of Directors on July 11, 2024, it reconstituted its Board of Directors and appointed its executive and non-executive members in accordance with the provision of art. 5 par. 2 of Law 4706/2020, as in force.
The new Board of Directors is as follows:
- Vassilios Fourlis of Stylianos, Chairman, Executive Member
- Christodoulos Aesopos of Alexandros, Vice Chairman, Independent Non-Executive Member
- Dimitrios Papoulis of Athanasios, Chief Executive Officer, Executive Member
- Georgios Alevizos of Konstantinos-Vassilios,Non-Executive Member
- Eftichios Vassilakis of Theodoros, Non-Executive Member
- Dafni Fourlis of Anastasios, Non-Executive Member
- Maria Georgalou of Sofoklis, Non-Executive Member
- Alexios Pilavios of Andreas, Independent Non-Executive Member
- Anastasia Martseki of Michail, Independent Non-Executive Member
According to article 19 § 4 of the Company's Articles of Association, the term of office of the Board of Directors is five years, i.e. expires 30/06/2027, and is automatically extended until the first Annual General Meeting after the expiry of their term of office, which may not exceed six years.
