TR-1 Correction Announcement
On 26 July 2023, B&M European Value Retail S.A. ("the Company") received notice from The Capital Group Companies, Inc. ("Capital") that it had crossed a reporting threshold. The Company announced the notified position by RNS 3074H on 26 July 2023.
Capital has since notified the Company that the notification to the Company was made in error and that Capital had not crossed a reportable holdings threshold in the Company since the notification made by Capital on 1 August 2022 and announced by the Company by RNS 8009U on 3 August 2022.
