The Company confirms that Carolyn Bradley has stood down from the Board of Directors of the Company at the conclusion of the Company's 2023 Annual General Meeting, as previously announced.
The Board thanks Carolyn for her years of service to the Company.
The Company makes this announcement in accordance with LR 9.6.11R of the Listing Rules.
Carolyn has been replaced as the designated Non-Executive Director for Workforce Engagement by Tiffany Hall.
