DIVIDEND PAYMENT FISCAL YEAR 2025In accordance with legal provisions, shareholders are hereby informed that, pursuant to the resolution passed at the General Meeting held on May 29th, 2026, Toyota Caetano Portugal,
S.A. will proceed with the payment of dividends starting on June 9, 2026, with the following amounts per share:Gross dividend: € 0.35

For shares deposited and registered with the Central Securities Depository under the code PTSCT0AP0018, the procedures will follow the applicable regulations.
Shareholders who have not yet converted their bearer shares into registered shares will not be entitled to receive dividends until such conversion is completed. The dividends will be paid as soon as the conversion is carried out.
For the purposes of exemption or legal waiver of withholding tax (IRC/IRS), shareholders must confirm their tax status with the entities where their shares are registered or deposited.
