３．Reason for the Name Change

ARABIAN JAPANESE MEMBRANE COMPANY, LLC was established in 2010 as the first company in Saudi Arabia to manufacture and sell hollow fiber RO membranes for seawater desalination. Since then, it has contributed to securing water resources in the Middle East region by supplying RO membrane elements to desalination plants, mainly in Saudi Arabia.

To further enhance its brand image, the company has decided to include "TOYOBO" in its name, which is highly recognized locally as a manufacturer of seawater desalination membranes.

With growing water demand in the Middle East and Africa, and the expected expansion of the desalination market, the company aims to further increase recognition and grow its business by leveraging its reputation for high-quality desalination membranes.
