Your Smile Clinic will relocate its existing client base to the 1,300 sq ft self-contained, Grade II listed building on a 15 year lease term and is due to open in October 2020.
The building, which dates back to 1808, provides accommodation arranged over two floors and was previously occupied by GMIConstruction who relocated and upsized to TCS's adjacent office building, Carvers Warehouse.
