In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1., Vanquis Banking Group plc hereby gives notice that as of 31 May 2023, the company's issued share capital consists of 253,877,603 ordinary shares of 20 8/11p each, with voting rights. Vanquis Banking Group plc does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
The above figure 253,877,603 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Vanquis Banking Group plc under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
