Evans")   Total Voting Rights       In conformity with Rule 5.6.1 of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market that as at the date of this announcement, assuming settlement of shares (if any) purchased prior to the date of this announcement pursuant to the Company's share buyback programme announced 18 June 2025, the Company's issued share capital  comprises 52,256,292 shares of 10p each ("Shares").
