LEI: 2138004TJJJSFYYCWP10 1 July 2025   Distribution Finance Capital Holdings plc (the "Company")   Notification of Total Voting Rights   In accordance with DTR 5.6.1, the Company hereby notifies the following: As at 30 June 2025, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 179,369,199 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") of which 12,966,866 Ordinary Shares were held in treasury as at the date of this disclosure. The voting rights of treasury shares are automatically suspended.   The total number of voting rights in the Company will therefore be 166,402,333.
