  2 February 2026 Raspberry Pi Holdings plc ("Raspberry Pi" or "the Company")     Total Voting Rights - 31 January 2026   For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the Company's issued share capital as at 31 January 2026 consisted of 193,656,861 ordinary shares of £0.0025 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") , each with voting rights.
