In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs") of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"), The Gym Group plc (the "Company") announces the following:
As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 176,207,315 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares), of which none are held in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 176,207,315, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's DTRs.
This announcement is in conformity with DTR 5.6.1.
