CORRECTION to RNS announcement 52220 dated 21 December 2006

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, the
Company notifies the market of the following:
The Company's issued share capital consists of 8,468,130 Ordinary Shares of 10p
each which entitle the holder to one vote per share. Therefore, the total
number of voting rights is 8,468,130. The latter number was incorrectly stated
in RNS announcement No. 52220 dated 21 December 2006.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
