FALKLAND ISLANDS HOLDINGS PLC ('The Company')
DIRECTORS SHAREHOLDING
Correction: This release replaces that issued yesterday under RNS No 9820A and
includes a correction in the third line to clarify that the purchase took place
after Mr Hudd exercised his SAYE options.
The Company announces that David Hudd, the Chairman and Director of the company
has today acquired a further 5,400 shares (0.06%) ordinary shares of 10 pence
each in the company at a price of £1.75 per share after exercising his SAYE
options. This takes Mr Hudd's shareholding in the company to 45,400 ordinary
shares of 10 pence each and represents 0.54% of the Company's issued share
capital.
