today that its wholly owned subsidiary, ROM Communications Inc. (ROM) has
partnered with US based Davis Instruments Corp. to develop and distribute a
satellite based remote "Web to Wireless" system for the Davis "Vantage Pro2
Wireless Weather Station". ROM has successfully completed the development,
integration and packaging of the new DAVIS weather station and has recently
deployed 6 of these systems in Western Canada valued at $40,000. ROM currently
has an order pending for an additional 30 systems and will begin marketing
this hybrid product across North America.
