Reason for revision to the dividend forecast
The Company will continue to aim for a continuous increase in dividends, with a consolidated dividend payout ratio of around 30%, while considering strategic investments for medium to long-term growth.
As described in the Consolidated Financial Results for the Six Months Ended September 30, 2025 [Japanese GAAP] announced today, although the consolidated financial forecast remains unchanged, as a result of comprehensive consideration of factors including the anticipated recovery in performance during the second half and the overall business environment, the Company has revised the previously announced year-end dividend per share forecast and the annual dividend per share forecast from undetermined to ¥ 20.
