CALGARY, Sept. 29 /CNW/ - Torch River Resources Ltd. ("Torch") announced
today that the Board of Directors have approved the issue of 570,000 share
options to certain directors, officers and consultants of Torch at an exercise
price of $0.14 per share. The options have a term that ends on September 29,
2008 and vest immediately.
Torch is a company listed and trading on the TSX Venture Exchange,
symbol: TCR.
