Tokyo Century Corporation ("Tokyo Century") announces that it will implement organizational reform, a new management structure-the C-Suite-and personnel changes effective April 1, 2026. These moves aim to accelerate corporate transformation and enhance the management framework for the ongoing improvement and maximization of its corporate value.

  1. Organizational Reform and Introduction of the C-Suite: Background and Objectives

    With its global footprint expanding and business operations scaling up, Tokyo Century finds it essential to enhance its ability to respond to evolving and diversifying external changes and social issues. To address these challenges and maximize corporate value over the medium to long term, the company will implement organizational reform and transition to a C-suite structure.

    Through these changes, we will strengthen our customer-centric perspective to accurately understand customer and social needs, while delivering solutions with greater value. In doing so, we will pursue the resolution of social issues in tandem with business development.

    Amidst the increasing diversification and global complexity of our business, corporate functions-including business support and governance for the Tokyo Century Group-must also be reinforced. The introduction of the C-Suite aims to facilitate agile and flexible decision-making by drawing on specialized expertise, while also strengthening governance across the entire Group.

    By enhancing business competitiveness, accelerating decision-making, and reinforcing Group governance, Tokyo Century will accelerate corporate transformation and enhance its management framework, thereby pursuing the ongoing improvement and maximization of its corporate value.

  2. Overview of the C-Suite Structure

    Under the C-Suite structure, the following executives will be responsible for business execution as the chief officers of their respective domains. Each executive is vested with authority over their specific functions across the entire Group, enabling them to implement strategies from a perspective of Group-wide optimization.
