Tokuyama Corporation has decided to transfer the sales functions of the polyvinyl chloride (PVC) products to Tokuyama Soda Trading Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan; President: Hisanori Tanaka; hereinafter referred to as "TST") effective April 1, 2026, through an absorption-type company split. This move aims to strengthen the sales structure of the Chemical Products Division.
By integrating the sales functions of PVC products with those of soda ash, calcium chloride, and chlor-alkali products already handled by TST, the company will centralize all sales operations of its chemical products under TST. This will reinforce the unified management of products ranging from chlor-alkali to PVC and enhance customer service across the Tokuyama Group.
