We disclose sustainability-related information through various channels, including our integrated report, the Tokuyama Report, which is scheduled for publication at the end of July each year. To provide additional data-based insights, we have published the Tokuyama Sustainability Data Book 2025.

In our Medium-Term Management Plan 2025, we identify the "Promotion of CSR Management" as one of the priority issues. We remain committed to enhancing corporate value through deeper engagement with stakeholders.
