  1. The Revision of the Full-year Earnings Forecasts for the Fiscal Year Ended March 2026 (From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026)

  2. Reason for the Revision

Despite our efforts to negotiate unit prices for individual products to better reflect their individual value and distribution costs and control SG & A expenses, net sales, operating profit and ordinary profit are projected to fall below initial forecasts due to a decrease in COVID-19 related products sales and a rise in procurement costs.

In the light of the above, we have revised the full-year earnings forecasts for the fiscal year ended March 2026, which were announced on May 14, 2025.

(Note) The above earnings forecasts have been prepared based on information available as of the announcement date of this document. Actual performance may differ from the forecasted figures for various reasons.
