Achieving Management That Is Conscious of Cost of Capital and Stock Price Basic Policy Shareholder returns While maintaining an equity ratio of at least 30%, during the FY2024-FY2027 Medium-Term Business Plan period, we will continue dividends and flexible share buybacks, setting a minimum total shareholder return ratio of 40% and aiming to exceed this level. From FY2028 onward, we aim to further enhance shareholder returns based on profit growth. Dividends We aim for continuous dividend increases in line with profit growth.
