Change of Managing Director

Tlou Energy Limited announces that Mr. Anthony Gilby has stepped down as Managing Director and CEO with immediate effect due to personal reasons.

Mr Colm Cloonan has been appointed by the Board as Interim Managing Director while the search for a permanent replacement is underway.

Mr. Gilby will continue to support the Company in an advisory capacity.

The Board extends its heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Gilby for his outstanding leadership over the past decade. His unwavering dedication, deep expertise, and significant contributions have been instrumental to the Company's progress. We wish him every success in his future endeavors.
