Tinexta S p A : Andrea Lubian è il nuovo Amministratore Delegato e Direttore Generale di Tinexta Innovation Hub

Rome, 3 September 2026 The Board of Directors of Tinexta S.p.A. has appointed Andrea Lubian as the new Chief Executive Officer of Tinexta Innovation Hub. A manager with over twenty years of experience in strategic consulting and technological innovation, throughout his career he has led complex organizations and held senior positions in national and international contexts characterized by a strong digital focus.

With a degree in engineering, he began his career at Siemens before specializing in strategic consulting at Bain & Company and the Boston Consulting Group. In 2010, he joined Comdata, where he rose through the ranks to become Head of Delivery, gaining significant experience in managing operations and complex organizations. From 2021 to 2023, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Italiaonline, contributing to the company's growth. From 2023 to 2026, he worked at Konecta, assuming increasingly significant responsibilities until becoming CEO Italy and General Manager for some of the Group's key European markets.

Throughout his career, he has built a solid track record in growth initiatives, business transformation, and innovation, with a strong focus on results, customer-centricity, and empowering people. His career is also distinguished by pragmatism, determination, and the ability to translate strategic vision into action.
