Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank (TPBank) has officially relocated to the Vinh Tuy Transaction Office, which operates under the TPBank Thanh Xuan Branch.
Pursuant to Official Letter No. 3801/KV1-QLGS1 dated August 17, 2026, from the State Bank of Vietnam (Region 1 Branch) regarding the approval to relocate the Vinh Tuy Transaction Office (under TPBank Thanh Xuan Branch), TPBank Vinh Tuy will cease operations at its former location at No. 01, Lane 349 Minh Khai Street, Vinh Tuy Ward, Hanoi. Effective August 24, 2026, TPBank Vinh Tuy will officially relocate to the 1st Floor, No. 505 Minh Khai Street, Vinh Tuy Ward, Hanoi.
At the new location, TPBank Vinh Tuy features a modern transaction model that combines in-person service areas with digital banking solutions. The design and amenities are tailored to ensure convenience at every step of the transaction process, meeting the diverse financial needs of both individual and corporate customers.
Beyond over-the-counter services, customers visiting TPBank Vinh Tuy have access to the LiveBank 24/7 system-one of TPBank's signature automated transaction solutions. LiveBank allows for flexible service outside standard business hours, including weekends and holidays, thereby extending service availability and reducing reliance on counter-based transactions.
TPBank Vinh Tuy has also implemented biometric authentication solutions to enhance both security and convenience during transactions. Once biometric registration is complete, customers can utilize TPBank's transaction channels more easily, without the need to present identification documents for subsequent transactions, in accordance with current regulations.
Alongside in-person and automated transaction systems, individual customers can utilize the features of the TPBank App, while corporate customers can manage and execute financial transactions via TPBank Biz. The integration of transaction channels empowers customers to choose the method that best suits their needs-ranging from in-person transactions at physical branches to financial management via digital platforms.
