Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank (TPBank) has officially relocated its District 12 Transaction Office, under the Sai Gon Branch, to a new operating location.
Pursuant to Official Letter No. 5620/KV2-GS2 dated June 22, 2026, issued by the Regional Branch 2 of the State Bank of Vietnam approving the relocation of TPBank's District 12 Transaction Office, the office will cease operations at its current address: 39/6 Truong Chinh Street, Dong Hung Thuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. Effective July 13, 2026, the TPBank District 12 Transaction Office will officially operate from its new premises, occupying part of the building (including the basement, first floor, mezzanine, second floor, and third floor) at 134-136 Nguyen Van Qua Street, Dong Hung Thuan Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Designed in line with TPBank's digital banking strategy, the new District 12 Transaction Office features modern facilities and a customer-friendly environment that caters to the diverse banking needs of both individual and corporate customers. The branch adopts TPBank's new-generation branch model, focusing on enhancing the customer experience, improving service efficiency, and enabling customers to access financial services more quickly and conveniently for their everyday banking needs.
In addition to traditional counter services, the branch is equipped with LiveBank 24/7 and advanced biometric authentication technologies, allowing customers to perform a wide range of banking transactions securely, conveniently, and at any time. Once biometric registration has been completed, customers can conveniently access TPBank's banking channels without presenting identity documents during subsequent transactions, in accordance with prevailing regulations.
