Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank (TPBank) has officially relocated the TPBank Ha Dong Transaction Office, which operates under the West Hanoi Branch.
Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 4398/KV1-QLGS1, dated September 16, 2026, of the State Bank of Vietnam Branch Region 1, regarding approval to change the location of TPBank Ha Dong's transaction office under West Hanoi Branch, TPBank Ha Dong will stop operating at the old address of Land Use Rights Auction Area, Ha Dong Ward, Hanoi City. From September 28, 2026, TPBank Ha Dong will officially operate at commercial spaces 9 and 10, Block 01 of Van Phu Seoul Commercial Center Project, Van Khe Street, Van Phu New Urban Area, Kien Hung Ward, Hanoi City.
At the new location, TPBank Ha Dong is designed according to a modern transaction model, combining over-the-counter services with digital banking solutions. The space and utility system are arranged to support customers with a variety of financial needs, from direct transactions to using digital services. Besides over-the-counter transactions, customers can use the LiveBank system 24/7 right at TPBank Ha Dong. This solution allows many banking needs to be fulfilled outside of business hours, including weekends and holidays, helping customers be more proactive in time and transaction methods.
TPBank Ha Dong also deployed biometric authentication solutions, contributing to enhancing safety and simplifying the transaction process. After registering biometric information, customers can use TPBank's transaction channels more conveniently without having to present identification documents in subsequent uses, according to current regulations.
For individual customers, financial needs can be fulfilled on the TPBank App; Corporate customers can manage accounts and perform transactions on TPBank Biz.
