The signing of: 1. the Amended and Restated Investment Agreement between the Company, PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta (Lintasarta), PT Ainfrastruktur Indonesia Raya (the Investor) dated 6 May 2026 (A&R Investment Agreement); 2. Conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement entered into by and between the Company and Lintasarta as sellers (the Sellers, or individually, a Seller) and the NewCo (as defined below) as purchaser (the Purchaser), dated 6 May 2026 (the CSPA); and 3. Shareholders Agreement between the Company, Lintasarta and the Investor dated 6 May 2026 (SHA).
