(A)Qisda Corporation subscribed 4,720,000 shares.
(B)Chuann Herh enterprise Co., LTD subscribed 160,000 shares.
(C)Vedan Biotechnology Corporation subscribed 80,000 shares.
(D)Landseed International Medical Corporation subscribed 40,000 shares.
The comapny received the full paid-in payment on 2022/05/25 and the
