Purpose of the establishment of the Company
In August 2025, T&D United Capital Co., Ltd. acquired a 29.9% of ownership interest in Viridium Group GmbH & Co. KG for approximately JPY 116 billion. This investment strategically falls within the "second pillar" of our closed-book investments following investment in FGH Parent, L.P., we believe the investment will significantly contribute to realizing "Diversification and Optimization of Business Portfolio" as outlined in our Group long-term Vision.
T&D United Capital Europe will provide a management and monitoring capability for our strategic investments in Europe region to further strengthen the relationship with the related partners and to demonstrate an appropriate governance.
