5.Cause of occurrence:Dongguan TaiSol Electronics Co., Ltd. will suspend
production temporarily in accordance with local government's order to
prevent the spread of COVID. Production will resume upon notification
from the goverment.

(1)Closely liaise with customers and suppliers to adjust, in case, the
arrangement of material preparation and shipment at any time.
(2)Comply with the latest epidemic prevention regulations and epidemic
prevention measures of the local government to maintain the Company's
environmental safety and employees' health.
7.Any other matters that need to be specified:The suspension of production
is expected to result in delayed deliveries but has no material effect yet
on the Company's finance and business.
